When will you receive your order?
Officially orders can take up to Four (4) working days before it is ready to be sent, however in certain cases a lot quicker when we have all the items for your order in stock. Orders leave our premises within 4 working days of your order confirmation and payment validation.
No goods will be shipped to the purchaser pending payment or with any amounts on invoice still outstanding. Any purchase MUST be fully paid for before any processing of the order can take place or any order can be sent to the purchaser.
Our courier takes on average two working days for delivery to major centres and three working days for outlying or regional areas. Although we will try and ensure that you receive your order on time, we cannot guarantee it. We kindly request that you ensure you are available at the specified address to receive your order and that you are contactable during business hours so that if issues do arise you can be reached.

Delivery & Shipment of PVC Backdrops only
When will you receive your PVC Backdrop?
Our PVC Backdrops are manufactured in-house in our own dedicated factory and we can therefore supply our clients with most backdrop sizes within a “same day” to a 24 hour turnaround time if collected directly from our offices. Shipping will take effect within 12 to 24 hours and should reach the client within 48 to 72 hours (two to four days) after order was placed and payment made. Please note that the same conditions prevail as set out for “General equipment purchases” above.
We strive to provide the finest quality products and brands to your front door hence the reason we are unable to stock each and every item, which means that sometimes, certain items have to be requested from our suppliers direct or because some of our products are made to order.
Should we be out of stock of an item or there is a delay in the product reaching our premises in time, we will notify you and automatically give you the choice to cancel your order if you are not prepared to wait just that little bit longer, but believe us, it’s worth the wait..
We are mainly an E Commerce business, but do have a small “showroom” in the form of a fully equipped Professional In House Photography Studio. Should you wish to collect your purchase directly from our offices, you are more than welcome to do so, and at the same time stay for a cup of coffee / tea / something colder, and take a look at our studio setup, ask for additional advice, or just meet our team in person.
Due to our business setup, we are able – in emergencies only – to accommodate you after normal working hours, Saturdays and in some instances, even on a Public Holiday!!
Returns / Refund Policy
Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied by the Provider or the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, the Provider will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the products within Three (3) days of receipt. In such an instance, the Provider will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products, but if replacement is not possible, the Provider will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned products.

E Commerce based business, is fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship and factory faults for a period of 12 (Twelve) months.
Payments can be made using the following secure payment methods:
- EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) directly into our bank account for speedy processing,
- Payfast facility for both Credit Card and Instant EFT payments. (All Payfast payments will have a 48 Hour waiting period, until funds are cleared, before processing)
- Cash Payments directly into our banking account OR at our offices if you have placed your order personally.
Please note: All cash payments are subject to a 2.75% surcharge on the total cash amount unless paid into our FNB bank account via an ATM at any FNB branch. In branch teller payments will also be liable for the said surcharge.
For all the above payment methods, it is mandatory to add a reference to your payment as set out on your quotation / invoice / order. Any payment received without a proper reference, will result in the delivery taking longer than usual.
